Aside from learning Chinese, our little ones enjoyed activities such as Sushi-making to Art & Craft.

Children 6 to 9 years old from Crestar’s MIBuzz Student Care Programme recently enjoyed a fun-filled three-day March School Holiday Special. Held at Crestar Marine Parade, the Camp got the children fully-immersed in a Chinese Language Speaking enrichment environment that helped bridge learning gaps.

Activities were specially planned to help children learn Chinese in fun and creative ways. The enrichment sessions were based on the curriculum taught by Chinese Bridge Language School which included the Creative Chinese Speech & Drama programme.

Learning through different ways

By putting up performances in Chinese, our children learn and have fun at the same time.

The children prepared nutritious sushi meals, created paper-cut crafts, videos and put up stage performances. All activities were conducted in Chinese to encourage meaningful learning and understanding of the language.

Crestar Learning Centre (CLC) has been offering the MIBuzz Student Care Programme since 2009. Through indoor and outdoor group play, training in self-help skills, as well as enrichment classes that cultivate an artistic flair, the Programme nurtures holistic and confident children with good social-emotional skills. Meals provided during the Programme adhere to the Health Promotion Board guidelines and are specially-designed by Crestar’s in-house nutritionist.
